Vernon Ray Stevenson was born Nov. 9, 1923 to Forest and Mildred Barns Stevenson. He died May 29, 1944 and is buried in Grandview Cemetery, Quimby, IA.
Pvt. Stevenson served in World War II with the U.S. Army 143rd Infantry, 36th Infantry Division and was MIA/KIA in Italy.
