Lee Stafford was born July 13, 1915 to Alan E. and Bessie Stafford. He died Mar. 3, 1945 and is buried in the Epinal American Cemetery and Memorial, Epinal, France.
Sgt. Stafford served with the U.S. Army in World War II with Co. F, 274th Infantry Regt., 70th Inf. Div. He was KIA in France and awarded the Purple Heart with Oak Leaf Cluster.
