John C. Spratt was born in 1918. He died Aug. 20, 1944 and is buried in Manila American Cemetery, Taguig City, Philippines.
Pvt. Spratt served in World War II with the U.S. Army 31st Infantry Regiment and died in the service of his country as a POW of the Japanese. He was awarded the Purple Heart.
