Arthur Spangler, Jr. was born Aug. 31, 1919 to Arthur (Sr.) and Clara Olive Tuttle Spangler. He died Sept. 4, 2007 and is buried in Rose Hill Cemetery, Eagle Grove, IA.
Sgt. Spangler served in World War II with the U.S. Army and was awarded the Silver Star and Bronze Star Medal.
