Cpl. Charles V. Wallman, whose wife resides at 1031 Mulberry Street, and Sgt. Carl J. Siekaniec, son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter E. Siekaniec, 2609 Macomb Avenue, are members of the 134th ordnance maintenance battalion which received the meritorious service plaque. This battalion is a part of the 12th armored division in France.
