Carl Edmund Seiser was born Mar. 14, 1918 to Herman Fredrick and Letha May Davis Seiser. He died Jan. 19, 1960 and is buried in Graceland Cemetery, Webster City, IA.
Sgt. Seiser served with the U.S. Army in World War II with Hq CO Port of Debarkation.
