Paul J. Santillan was born about 1922 to Jesus J. and Maria Antona Florentina Santillan. He died Dec. 16, 1943 and is memorialized at the Tablets of the Missing, Netherlands American Cemetery, Margraten, Netherlands.
Sgt. Santillan served with the U.S. Army Air Corps 339th Bomber Squadron, 96th Group Heavy and was MIA and later declared dead. He was awarded the Purple Heart and Air Medal.
