Norbert Joseph Ruba was born Jan. 14, 1922 to Matt and Magdalene “Lena” Kramer Ruba. He died May 10, 1997 and is buried in Saint Catherines Cemetery, LeMars, IA. Sgt. Ruba served with the U.S. Army in World War II.
