Charles Vincent Rowe, Jr. was born Jan. 2, 1922 to Charles Vincent (Sr.) and Cecil Gladys Gallant Rowe. He died May 30, 1942 and is buried in Manila American Cemetery, Taguig City, Philippines.
Pvt. Rowe served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 21st Pursuit Squadron, 24th Pursuit Group and was a MIA/POW and died in a POW camp in the Philippine Islands.
