Pvt. Eugene Riibe, Freed from Nazis, Parents Informed
Pvt. Eugene J. Riibe, who while serving with the infantry in Belgium was captured by the Germans, has been liberated and flown to Paris, he informed his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Riibe, 1107 11th street, in a V-mail letter.
Pvt. Riibe formerly employed by Cudahy Packing company, entered the army two years ago and was sent overseas last June. He also saw action in France.
