Darvin Casper “Dar" Richards was born Sept. 29, 1925 to Box and Bricky Casper Richards. He died June 18, 2009 and is buried in Trinity Lutheran Church Cemetery, Hinton, IA. Dar served in World War II with the U.S. Marine Corps in Iwo Jima and Okinawa.
