SOLDIER’S NEWS.
Sgt. Wallace Rees arrived Friday from Seymour Johnson Field, North Carolina, to spend a 14-day leave in the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Rees and other relatives. Lila Rees arrived Sunday from Snohomish, Wash. She came home at this time to visit her brother, Sgt. Wallace Rees.

Wallace William Rees was born July 21, 1920 to William and Emma Matilda Detloff Rees. He died Sept. 4, 1991 and is buried in Memorial Cemetery, LeMars, IA.
