Ralph E. Ramseyer was born Feb. 8, 1916 to Andrew and Lelia Clarice Spickelmier Ramseyer. He died Dec. 17, 1944 and is buried in Henri-Chapelle American Cemetery, Hombourg, Belgium.
Pvt. Ramseyer served in World War II with the U.S. Army 424th Infantry Regiment, 106th Infantry Division and was KIA in Belgium and awarded the Purple Heart.
