Howard Elliott Ross was born Mar. 2, 1918 to Chester C. and Anna H. DeBoer Ross. He died and is buried in Clear Lake Cemetery, Clear Lake, IA.
Lt. Ross served with the U.S. Army in World War II with the 724th Field Artillery. He was serving at Camp Shelby, MS at the time of his death.
