Marvin P. Roeder was born Feb. 16, 1908 to Phillip and Loretta Roeder. He died Dec. 3, 1944 and is buried in Henri-Chapelle American Cemetery, Hombourg, Belgium.
Pvt. Roeder served in World War II with the U.S. Army 8th Infantry Regiment, 4th Infantry Division and died of wounds received in action in Belgium. He was awarded the Purple Heart.
