Elvin D. Rodgers was born Mar. 24, 1920 to Alvin Lewis and Mabel May Seipel Rodgers. He died Aug. 20, 1944 and is buried in Rose Hill Cemetery, Shenandoah, IA.
Lt. Rodgers served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps and was a bombardier with the 15th Air Force. He was KIA in Hungary.
