Sheldon, Iowa—
Roger Ramsey of Sheldon is stationed at Camp Maxey, Texas, in a tank destroyer unit. At the completion of his tests he hopes to be sent to some college for further training and study.

Roger Allen Ramsey was born Feb. 28, 1925 to Allen Edwin and Clara Ann Fiebig Ramsey. He died Dec. 21, 1974 and is buried in Saint James Catholic Cemetery, Haubstadt, IN.
1st Lt. Ramsey served with the U.S. Army in World War II and Korea.
