Philip Y. Pieper was born Mar. 29, 1919 to Philip L. and Susan Fry Hutchinson Pieper. He died June 15, 1944 and is buried in the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Honolulu, Hawaii.
Sgt. Pieper served in World War II with the U.S. Army 305th Infantry, 77th Infantry Division and died in the Central Pacific area while in the service of his country.
