John F. Pauley, son of Mrs. Charlotte I. Pauley, 1517 Main Street and Bernard J. Kirkpatrick, son of Mr. and Mrs. John A. Kirkpatrick, 3613 Peters Avenue, have been graduated from the antiaircraft artillery school, officer candidate division, Camp Davis, North Carolina and been commissioned as second lieutenants. Lieut. Pauley was a clerk in the Sioux City post-office before entering service and Lieut. Kirkpatrick was employed at the Toy National Bank.
