IN UNIFORM
William G. Patterson, 709 Omaha Street, veteran of the Pacific fighting, has been advanced to staff sergeant. Sgt. Patterson participated in the major battles of New Guinea, Biak, Leyte, Luzon and Mindanao. His wife, Mrs. Amelia M. Patterson, is living at the Omaha address.
