Clarence F. Parizek was born Oct. 25, 1916 to Frank and Emma Parizek. He died Apr. 11, 1944 and is buried in Saint Josephs Catholic Cemetery, Dysart, IA. He is also memorialized at the Cambridge American Cemetery and Memorial, Cambridgeshire, England.
Sgt. Parizek served with the U.S. Army Air Corps, 412th Bomb Squadron, 93rd Bomb Group, 8th Air Force, European Theatre in World War II. He was MIA, later declared dead. He was awarded the Purple Heart and Air Medal.
