Dean Leslie Ostrander was born Dec. 19, 1919 to Clarence W. and Naoma Pierce Ostrander. He died Oct. 9, 1944 an is buried in Lorraine American Cemetery, St. Avold, France.
Cpl. Ostrander served in World War II with the U.S. Army 134th Infantry, 35th Infantry Division and was KIA in France. He was awarded the Purple Heart.
