Robert Roy Orr was born Mar. 9, 1919 to Andrew A. and Stella Slack Orr. He died Nov. 19, 1943 and is buried in White Oak Cemetery, Keokuk Co., IA.
Capt. Orr served in World War II with the U.S. Army and died on Manumea Island, Pacific area while in the service of his country.
