Lawrence Raymond Neff was born July 29, 1917 to Fred and Fanny Zappe Neff. He died Oct. 6, 1991 and is buried in Oakland Memorial Cemetery, Clarksville, Arkansas.
Lawrence served in World War II with the U.S. Army 735th Tank Battalion.
