Hubert Raymond Morley was born Mar. 6, 1921 to William R. and Marcelle Leroux Morley. He died Nov. 1, 1999 and is buried in Wall Lake Cemetery, Wall Lake, IA.
Petty Officer Morley served in World War II with the U.S. Navy 16th Naval District, Manila, Philippine Islands and became a POW. He was awarded the Bronze Star and Purple Heart.
