Donald Roy Michael was born Oct. 12, 1923 to Le Roy and Pearl Clements Michael. He died June 26, 1944 and is buried in Ardennes American Cemetery, Neupre, Belgium.
Sgt. Michael served in World War II with the U.S. Army 742nd Bomber Squadron, 455th Bomber Group, Heavy and died in the service of his country and was awarded the Purple Heart and Air Medal.
