Robert Eugene Means was born Dec. 23, 1922 to Frank B. and Hannah Mary Means. He died Feb. 21, 1944 and is buried in Ardennes American Cemetery, Neupre, Belgium.
Sgt. Means served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 337th Bomber Squadron, 96th Bomber Group, Heavy and was KIA in Germany. He received the Air Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster.
