William Jacques Myers was born May 14, 1921 to Harvey and Grace Hill Myers. He died July 10, 1943 and was buried in Graceland Cemetery, Knoxville, IA.
Pvt. Myers served in World War II with the U.S. Army Anti-Tank Co., 26th Infantry and was MIA/KIA near Gela, Sicily when the vessel on which he was a passenger was attacked by enemy planes.
