Frank Milota, Jr. was born Sept. 2, 1914 to Frank (Sr.) and Mary Milota. He died Feb. 11, 1945 and has a cenotaph at Rock Island National Cemetery, Rock Island, IL and is memorialized at the Tablets of the Missing at the Manila American Cemetery, Manila, Philippines.
Pvt. Milota served with the U.S. Army Infantry in World War II and was MIA/KIA in the Southwest Pacific and was awarded the Purple Heart.
