Carl Tivis Miller, Jr. was born Apr. 14, 1924 to Carl T. (Sr.) and Iva A. Hicks Miller. He died Dec. 23, 1944 and is buried in Pleasantville Cemetery, Pleasantville, IA.
Sgt. Miller served in World War II with the U.S. Army Field Artillery, 1st Army, 28th Division “Black Hawks” and was KIA in at the Battle of the Bulge in Belgium.
