Keith McWilliams, who recently returned to duty with an ordnance company at Camp McCoy, Wisconsin, after spending a furlough with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. O. McWilliams, 1616 W. 18th Street, has been promoted to corporal.

Randall Keith McWilliams was born Apr. 23, 1918 to Calvin O. and Helen K. Olmstead McWilliams. He died Sept. 6, 2007 and is buried in Graceland Park Cemetery, Sioux City, IA.
Sgt. McWilliams served with the U.S. Army in World War II.
