James Leo Maxson was born July 18, 1922 to Harold Leroy and Myrtle L. McCollough Maxson. He died Mar. 1, 2012 and is buried in Longwood Cemetery, Ponca City, OK.
Major Maxson served with the U.S. Army Air Corps in World War II and retired as a Major in the Oklahome National Guard.
