Richard Henry Lowe was born Aug. 13, 1926 to Richard S. and Mabel L. Johnson Lowe. He died Jan. 31, 1944 and is buried in Resthaven Cemetery, West Des Moines, IA.
Pvt. Lowe served in World War II with the U.S. Army 359th Infantry Regiment, 90th Division and was KIA in Belgium serving his country.
