Thomas Watson Lewis was born Feb. 20, 1917 to Joseph Earl and Dorothy Watson Lewis. He died Oct. 29, 1942 and is buried in Cambridge American Cemetery, Cambridge, England/IOOF Cemetery, Indianola, IA.
Lt. Lewis served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 330th Bomber Squadron, 93rd Bomber Group, Heavy and was KIA in Great Britain and was awarded the Purple Heart.
