IN SOUTHWEST PACIFIC
Mrs. John Langendorfer received word Saturday from her son, Pvt. Scott Langendorfer, informing her that he had arrived at a Southwest Pacific port and enjoyed the trip across the ocean. Scott is a former Globe-Post employee.

Robert Scott “Scott” Langendorfer was born Jan. 30, 1918 to John Benjamin and Bessie Louise Clarke Langendorfer. He died Aug. 12, 2002 and is buried in San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery, Santa Nella, CA.
