Robert Allen Kelly was born Jan. 21, 1922 to Allen D. and Emma Louise Diehl Kelly. He died Apr. 28, 1944 and is buried in Linwood Park Cemetery, Boone, IA.
Lt. Kelly served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps and died as the result of an airplane accident near Eagle Pass, TX.
