Oren H. Kelley was born June 17, 1916 to Fred Edward and Clara Augusta Cecelia Butler Kelley. He died Sept. 17, 1943 and is buried in Atlantic Cemetery, Atlantic, IA.
Sgt. Kelley served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps and died as the result of an airplane accident while in the service of his country in the European area.
