Donald Walter Jeffrey was born Mar. 7, 1917 to Willard Benjamin and Lydia May Hammond Jeffrey. He died Mar. 19, 1945 and is buried in Cambridge American Cemetery, Cambridge, England.
Sgt. Jeffrey served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 546th Bomber Squadron, 384th Bomber Group, Heavy and was KIA while serving his country. He was awarded the Air Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster and Purple Heart.
