Hubert Dwight Hough was born Feb. 17, 1920 to Harvey and Grace May James Hough. He died Nov. 20, 1995 and is buried in Garrett Cemetery, Delta, IA.
Petty Officer Hough served in World War II with the U.S. Navy in the Philippine Islands where he became a POW of the Japanese in Shinjuku Tokyo POW camp.
