Dwight E. Herrick, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Herrick, 3124 Fourth Avenue, has been promoted from corporal to technical sergeant at Camp J.T. Robinson, Little Rock, Arkansas. He is a graduate of East High School and was one of the first volunteers to leave.
