William James Harvey was born Mar. 9, 1911 to Roy Arthur and Catherine Winifred Reish Harvey. He died Nov. 10, 1944 and is buried in Epinal American Cemetery, Dinoze, France and has a cenotaph in Glendale Cemetery, Des Moines, IA.
Sgt. Harvey served in World War II with the U.S. Army and was KIA in France and was awarded the Purple Heart.
