J. Andrew Hartley was born Mar. 30, 1917 to Andrew J. and Clementine Hartley. He died Sept. 4, 1944 and is buried in Epinal American Cemetery, Dinoze, France.
Sgt. Hartley served in World War II with the U.S. Army 36th Armored Infantry Regiment, 3rd Armored Division and died in the service of his country and was awarded the Purple Heart.
