Albertus Harrenstein was born Oct. 14, 1916 to Ben and Elsie Harrenstein. He died Nov. 5, 1943 and is buried in Colfax Center Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Grundy County, IA.
Sgt. Harrenstein served in World War II with the U.S Army Air Corps 388th Bomb Group, 563rd Bomb Squadron and was KIA in the service of his country.
