Clarence William Happ was born Jan. 2, 1894 to William P. and Thea Christianson Happ. He died Nov. 3, 1960 and is buried in Graceland Cemetery, Webster City, IA.
Col. Happ served in World War I and World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps.
