Richard Lyle “Dick” Hill was born Jan. 27, 1921 to Charley A. Vernal M. Randall Hill. He died Oct. 17, 2016 and is buried in Clear Lake Cemetery, Clear Lake, IA.
Dick served in World War II with the U.S. Army on the island of Attu, Alaska.
