Keswick Marine Who Was Killed At Guadalcanal
Keswick’s first casualty in World War II was Corp. Joseph Lee Higgins, 26, of the Marines, killed in action in Guadalcanal. Word of his death was received Saturday from the Navy department by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. F. Higgins.
