Arthur Roger Ginder was born Nov. 26, 1919 to Claude E. and Ora Margaret Smith Ginder. He died Jan. 11, 1944 and is buried in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery, Des Moines, IA.
Sgt. Ginder served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 322nd Bomb Squadron and was KIA when his B-17 (Flying Fortress) bomber was downed at Schemede, Germany while on a bombing mission to Oscherseben, Germany.
