Max Parmley Evans was born Sept. 17, 1924 to Leonard and Clara Evans. He died July 24, 1945 and is buried in Lorraine American Cemetery, St. Avold, France.
Pvt. Evans served in World War II with the U.S. Army 283rd Engineer Combat Battalion and died in Germany while in the service of his country.
