The Ebel family is well represented in army hospitals. Pfc. Howard Ebel was slightly wounded in Germany on December 17, and is in a hospital for treatment. Pfc. Melvin Ebel is in a hospital for the second time as a result of wounds received in France. Sgt. Paul Ebel is in a hospital in India suffering from malaria. It is expected he will soon return to this country.

Sanborn, Ia.—
Sgt. Paul E. Ebel, brother of Mrs. Perry Bowen of Sanborn, who has been with the infantry in India, has been invalided home after a long illness with malaria. He is in a hospital in Miami.
