Charles Louis Dulin, Jr. was born Jan. 23, 1920 to Charles L. (Sr.) and May S. Dulin. He died Apr. 29, 1944 and is memorialized at the Tablets of the Missing, Netherlands American Cemetery, Margraten, Netherlands.
Lt. Dulin served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 332nd Bomber Squadron, 94th Bomber Group, Heavy and was MIA and awarded the Purple Heart and Air Medal.
